An active project is one that is open for work, not archived. Free includes 1 of those. References and deliverables inside a project are unlimited. Archive a finished job to free a slot.
No. Guests on a share link never cost a seat. They can view, comment, or approve, depending on the link, without creating an account.
Archiving takes it out of the active count so a Free plan can open another. The work stays in the account. You can come back to it later without using a free slot.
Yes. Install Nugo on your phone and it opens with no signal: synced projects, pages and stills are there, and Shoot Mode keeps working. Stills you add offline wait on the device and upload when you're back online.
Individual is for a single editor with unlimited active projects, 50 GB of storage, exports and optional AI. Studio is a flat rate for up to five editors in a shared workspace. On every plan you can add up to 3 collaborators to a project, and client guests stay free.
Individual and Studio. Export a whole project, or just one page, as a branded PDF with a contents page that links to every page, or as full-resolution images of each page. On Free, the Export button shows what a paid plan adds.
AI is optional, on Individual and Studio, and off until a workspace owner turns it on. Images go only to providers that keep no copy and never train on them, and suggestions stay in your workspace. Your uploads are private to your workspace and are never used for training.
Yes. Workspace owners can start Individual or Studio from this page. Checkout runs on Stripe. We never see your card number.
