What you can do
Pins on references and shots, and comments on highlighted lines.

Pin it on the thing
Press C and click the reference or the shot. The pin wears its author's initials, and the thread opens beside it.

Resolve as you go
Every page lists its comments as All, Open and Resolved, so you can see what's still waiting.
